Somewhere in the world, in French Polynesia, in the heart of the beautiful lagoon, luxury, beautiful ship a limited number of guests. With a team of not less 30 sailors were all engaged to provide the best vacation possible. The day I spent in the water, swimming in pursuit of dolphins or sea cat, SAP, on skis or water skis. Any activity that became my daily routine, it took me a while to get used to the fact that what is below me are water. Deep. Very much.

I couldn’t breathe, and I didn’t mind being the worst student in the history of diving. I don’t remember what made me nervous, but I wasn’t going that I lost the ability to breathe, and I was going to suffocate. All I wanted was to see sunlight, to see, to be surrounded by air, rather than water. The surface wasn’t turquoise color like deep, and Rainbow fish, and there was silence. But it was. And soul. And the other day I called my mom and cried. I don’t understand why I’m so afraid of being underwater and why I can’t relax. 29, and crying like a child, don’t understand why I can’t dive in without shaking in fear.

I always said I have both feet on the ground and know exactly what’s going to happen. Because it never Dove. I love, and I jumped in.
Xtreme sport. But to stay underwater, deep fear, as my breath shdri are limited, the
Limited communication, different movements and the slippery creatures can eat me.
And then it happened.
Australian dive guide on the ship. Convinced I could dive, especially after the day before it plunged 50 feet free diving Guide to save my camera slipped out of my hand and began sinking at sea. He dived and returned alive, and with the camera a little traumatized but works.

Everybody convinced me to dive, like some lived, do not themselves were willing to try. I wasn’t prepared, I thought, and the thought began to unfold: the maximum diving depth was 5 ft, the water was amazing, impossible to describe. Their color was prettier than Turquoise Turquoise I’ve ever seen, and large and small fish, with colored prints that only nature can produce and fashion to imitate.
After several attempts to clear the pool ship, failed attempts, I realized the stay of almost two weeks on a ship, without stepping on land difficult for my ability to succeed. To sail the Loei close just to feel the ground beneath my feet. The ground felt a little weird after 10 days on a boat, step on land. Even it was strange to see. Boaz. And a dog.
We returned to the ship, and plunged to the bottom of the pool. Right on the first attempt. I knew I was ready for the real thing.
Wearing a wet suit that was two sizes bigger me, got my binoculars and guide went to adventure. The Guide, I and two.
No doubt felt protected and safe. Three sailors keeping me lest I drown in my own fears aren’t proportional. We jumped into the water and started snorkeling. The nrklati and nrklati and nrklati, until I was ready to replace the snorkel and regulator down. The holding my hand and slowly together we reached bottom.
It was amazing. Indescribable. Celestial beings, beneath the calm surface, requiring and equality between all those with fins.

The experience is not over here. Had all the courage in the world and returned to Israel went doing scuba diving in the Red Sea. And there are two star course in South Africa. The experience was simple. I cried all day, and unable to dive even in the pool. Telephones and strengthening with the Australian guide helped, and revolves around (too) my mother’s back and said I don’t have to do it, and there is no reason to insist on something so difficult – made me eventually. Finally found two feet underground stability.
The secret, incidentally, was the. First relax then. And this class I took with me to every aspect of life. First of all, and then act.
The courage that had went with me also where South Africa discovered another convenience tweaks required when diving. That should reveal also that divers in cold water (10° c), almost complete darkness, confusion at a depth of 35 meters. Sharks.
The experience was extraordinary and to this day I don’t know what move forces me to dive in the first place (even in very low temperatures, even in muddy water, close to sharks and white at a depth of 35 meters). Fear is there to overcome, as anything that stands in our way and challenge ahead of us. To win, you must be scared of myself.
