No, not at all! We aim for you to feel stronger than when you arrived and we cater for everyone; from people who want to train hard all week to guests who just want to join in the training that they wish to. We can be as hard or as soft as you like!
All of our activities are completely optional. Our retreats include a healthy balance between group activities and solo free time to travel, sail, shop and of course – relax. are experts in the local area. If you’d like any recommendations or suggestions, just ask one of the team who will be happy to assist.
You’re on vacation man!! You can do whatever you like. Training sessions are optional., but hey, trust us on this one, you don’t want to miss them.
On first & last day we’ll have 1 class. On all other days we’ll have 2 sessions.
Of course not! Our daily training is very diverse, and combines yoga, Pilates, stretching, mobility, running, Bootcamp, HIIT, kickboxing, water-sports, volleyball and more.
Yes! A lot of our guests come alone and often leave with lifelong friends.
You need to be 18 to attend ACTV fitness retreats.
One of the best things about travelling with ACTV is the delicious food we eat during the retreat. Since we’re not a weight-loss bootcamp or one of those starvation juice retreats, we’ll make sure you have plenty of food options! We’re all about a balanced, full of fresh, nutritious meals, and of course we’ll always give you a taste of the local cuisine.
We won’t leave you hanging there. First, we’ll email you your order confirmation, second, you’ll get informative retreat brochure, and will be added to our Whatsapp group, so you’ll meet you retreat mates virtually. Then we’ll arrange a pre-treat get-together for our first together. sounds good?
On most ACTV retreats we arrange everything, including flights. In some cases you are responsible for booking your own flight, but even then you are more then welcome use our assistance.
